A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND BATTLE-TESTED ATTORNEY WHO HAS BEEN SERVING THE RHODE ISLAND COMMUNITY FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS, FIRST AS AN EXPERIENCED TAX ACCOUNTANT, AND FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS AS A ZEALOUS LEGAL ADVOCATE.
John, a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, has served the residents of Rhode Island professionally since the mid 1980s. Born in the working class Federal Hill section of the City of Providence, he is the grandson of immigrants who had settled there at the turn of the 20th century. John’s family later relocated to the Mt. Pleasant section of the city where he attended both junior and senior high school.
John later attended Bryant College where he obtained his BS in Accounting and did graduate work professionally in the area of taxation. In the late 1990s, after much soul searching, John decided to attend Law School and received his JD from Roger Williams University in 2000. After taking and passing the State Bar Exam on the first go-around, John began his practice that very same year.
Since then, he has continued to be a zealous advocate for the citizens of Rhode Island. In 2005, John was honored with an interview article in the prestigious Lawyer’s Weekly magazine relating to his and co-counsels successful appellate result on behalf of their injured client before the Rhode Island Supreme Court regarding the issue of underage drinking on private residential property and the homeowner's exposure to civil liability.
